He Knows His Flock.

By just words He create the heavens and the earth. Creatures of sea, land and air He created by merely speaking. But man and woman He created with His hands and breathed His own breath into them. He made it personal at creation with us and it has remained personal. You see, when we come to Christ, despite the beauty of the stars, the vastness of the universe, the expanse of the oceans and endless plains, He sees us and knows us by name. We are His and there is no one, no power, no force great of enough that can snatch us from the one who is greater than them all, Christ Jesus our Lord. He is the good Shepherd and will not lead His flock astray if they would listen to and obey His voice. He is the Life, the Truth, the Resurrection, the Beginning, the End, the Eternal, the Amen, and much, much more; He is everything and the only hope of the world. Trust in the one who has power over death and hell. The one who has power over all. The one who’s blood alone paid the price for the sins of the world even though the world rejected Him. Turn to the King, the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.

            Christ said, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand” (John 10:27-28). He knows us and nothing can remove us from His hands. May His peace be with you and His grace surround you.

He Holds All Things, Yet, He Stills Knows Us.

Trust In Christ and Christ Alone.

I will trust in He who has never left me. Christ, the one who stands eternally as King. Through the ages He has ruled. He holds time in His hands. He is the Alpha and Omega; beginning and the end. The forever; my forever, my sustainer, and my heart, soul, and mind will praise Him. He is worthy of all worship and praise and His name is above all names. In Him is power that surpasses all understanding. Through Him is life everlasting. Brokenness is gone, heart break is done away with, and death is conquered by Him. He is the one who will forever stand with you; in or out of the fire, He stands with you. Hold on child, for your Lord promised you that He would never forsake you nor abandon you. He will shield you, protect you, and carry you when you cannot walk on. Your victory will come despite all the lies told to you by the enemy, for Christ is the only truth you should hold on to. He is my Champion, and even though I was not worthy, He reached down and pulled me from a life of death. I am still far from perfect, nor will I ever be perfect, but I believe in my perfect Lord Jesus Christ. I struggle everyday with this thing in me, but He, oh He, lifts me up when I’m crawling through the valley of despair. It is Christ I trust because He is faithful to His promise and who am I to question that. When life is smooth and going so well, I will praise and trust Him. When life is hard and the enemy is baring down on me, I will praise and trust Christ Jesus my Lord to get me through. No matter how strong the enemy may seem to be, Christ is so much more powerful. Keep your trust in Jesus Christ and praise Him though all things, He is forever with us, and He will never abandon those who love Him. Grace and peace be with you.

Christ Is My Only Hope.

Without Christ I am nothing. With Christ, I have all hope, for He is my only hope. Without Christ I would be overcome by the rage and depression that lies deep within and the disorder would take over. With Christ it is bearable and I am not defined by it. Without Christ I would still be trapped in a mind that was consumed by depression, anger, addiction, suicide, and demonic control. With Christ I am freed and delivered from a life full of torment. You see, I owe all to Christ for He gave all for me. Laying on a bed after taking 150 pills, He woke me up and I was face to face with the ones who would have found me dead; He gave me life. Leaning against a tree with blood gushing out my arm, He sent rain to wake me up, He stood me up, and I made it home; again, He gave me life. After taking a dangerous injection that should have surely taken me out, Christ raised me up. I deserved nothing Christ did for me, but out of His mercy, grace, and love for me, He still reached out until the day, June 9, 2014, I finally gave my life to Christ. He is my only hope and it is He in whom I put my trust, my faith, and my all. He is your only hope as well and it is only Christ who can take you, redeem you, transform you, and save you. It is Christ, and Christ alone, who can give you salvation. You can’t earn it, you can’t buy it, for you couldn’t afford it because it was bought with the most high price, the blood of Christ Jesus my Lord. You can trust Christ with your mind, your heart, your life, and your spirit. Place your hope in the only hope for the world, Jesus Christ. May His grace, peace, and love surround you and forever be with you.

Striving To Be Like Christ.

      I’m not the man I would like to be. I do not react to things the way I would like or respond in a manner that is righteous. I do not love as deeply or show that love in a way that I feel expresses the love inside. I say things that are wrong, hurtful, or may trigger things in others. However, the impulse that I do have is to be more like Christ. To see through His eyes, hear with His ears, and feel with His heart. To feel sorrow, not over myself or my own struggle, but sorrow over the struggles of others and for the souls of the lost. I am so far from perfect, so as we all are, and if you think your perfect, time for a reality check. I want to be different from the way I am. Not that I hate myself, but to be more like Christ everyday. I pray He moves my heart from selfish things, to be closer to Him. To love so deep, burn so bright, see more clearly, and show Christ in me to all I come in contact with. I do get sick at times of the way I feel; anger, depression, and a wave of others. I get tired of the way I make others feel or make them think things by what I say. Nevertheless, I keep fighting because I know that it is Christ who strengthens me. Slowly, daily, I want Christ to remove a little more of me and replace it with a little more of Him. I do not want to be a liar by saying that I follow Him and then not living a life that shows Him in me. Let that go for you as well. Do not say you follow Christ when there is hate in your heart, you cuss the first person who cusses at you, or slap a person simply because they hit your heel with a buggy in Wal-Mart. Christ was whipped, beaten, nailed through His wrist and feet, and still asked the Father to forgive them; we are not greater than Christ. I too respond in unrighteous anger at times, but I’m so tired of doing so and apologizing or using my disorder as an excuse. I must be better, I must be more like Christ, and so too should all of us.

Never Separated From God’s Love.

Any parent that loves their child will indeed be angry with that child when they do wrong, but the love for that child remains. The same is said about God. You see, God loves you with an everlasting, powerful love. There is nothing so vile you can do to make Him love you any less, nor is there anything you can do to make Him love you any more; His love is a perfect love. You may be facing something to where you can not feel God’s love, but dearly beloved, He has always loved you, and will forever love you. You may think that by your wrong doing that He has stopped loving you or He never loved you to begin with, dear child, the Father loves you. Remember, God SO loved the world that He sent His only Son. Whoever and wherever you are, God loves you so dearly that He sent His only begotten Son to die for you, to be the perfect sacrifice for your sins in order for you to be forgiven and be with Him for eternity. A love that stretched from the beginning of time, transcended across the vastness of the universe, and defied all laws of nature to reach you and transform you through Christ Jesus. He loves you, He wants you, and He will chase you until you come to Him or you take your last breath. Oh how deep, how powerful, how strong, and how pure is the Saviors love for you. Know this, there is nothing or no one who can remove God’s love for you. For it is written, “For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come. Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:38-39). Apply this, know this repeat this until you too are persuaded. The love of Christ is the purest love to have, for He died for us even though we were still sinners and rejected Him. He loves you and will forever love you. Grace and peace be with you all.
